Make a Difference

We believe in being an active part of the community. It is our desire to partner with other organizations to meet the needs of people in and around our church. Some of our outreach projects include:

Think Liberia
Touching Humanity In Need of Kindness (THINK Inc.) is a faith based, national, non-governmental organization established April 4, 2003 as a humanitarian NGO to get involved with the peace process in Liberia. THINK exists to demonstrate God’s love to the poor especially women and children by empowering them to transform their lives and communities. Visit the website.

Blue Bag Sundays
Attendees fill a blue grocery bag with non-perishable food items for local organizations to help meet the physical needs of our community.

Operation Silver Bells
Each Christmas, attendees provide Christmas gifts for children who otherwise would not get anything by partnering with local schools and children's facilities.

Community Events
Cornerstone works closely with local outreach organizations. Cornerstone helps raise money for American Cancer Society's Relay for life, helps gather school supplies for area schools, and provides relief during natural disasters through its Disaster Relief Team.

Celebrate Recovery
Celebrate Recovery meets at the church every Friday night and helps people overcome tough hurts, habits, or hangups.
